Change of Holy Day Liturgy Time -  Please note that we are changing to 8:00am for the Holy Day Liturgies. The reason is so that if we need to use the Air Conditioners they will be on before 8:00am. We receive off peak rates from Peco if we do not use our A/C system during business hours from 9 to 5 daily. Off peak rate saves us 20% on our electric bill. 

Father’s Day is the third weekend of June, from the 17th to the 18th. Deceased Fathers will be remembered at the Saturday evening Liturgy and our Living Fathers at the Sunday Liturgy. 

Parish Picnic Mailing will be going out this week. Please make every possible effort to sell the raffle tickets which you receive. Extra ticket are available at the Rectory.

Financial Updates  posted in the bulletin are an effort to show our income and expenses on a regular basis. We hope this information will help you to see that our weekly collections need to increase in order to keep up with the bills. Traditionally when the warm weather comes in, many parishioners are away on the weekends. This is usually our most difficult period financially. Please send in your envelopes even though you may be away, we need your support.

Annual Yard Sale sponsored by the GCU will be rescheduled until the September Season.

Men’s Rosary will begin a new schedule which will be announced. In the meantime, it will not be held on Friday evenings.

St. John’s Summer Picnic Volunteer Sign Up Sheet - A volunteer sign up sheet will be available in the church vestibule. It will be set up in categories so you may choose a particular chore. Please print your name and telephone number on the sheet.

St. John's Summer Picnic will be held on Sunday 16 July from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Please mark your calendars and plan ahead to attend.
